We designed our wallpapers with your interior design needs in mind. However, if you find that our product isn't perfect for you, you can return it within 100 days from the date of delivery. We will issue a refund to your original payment method, provided the returned item meets our return conditions. The wallpaper must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Here's how it works:
Step 1. Send us a short email at hello@wallcover.com
Step 2. Provide us with your order number and the quantity and item number of the goods you would like to return.
Step 3. You will receive our return form as a PDF via email. Please print this out and include it with your return.
Step 4. Send your return to the provided information details. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt for your records.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.
Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
The revocation right remains unaffected by this voluntary 100-day return policy and exists independently
Orders are processed quickly for fast dispatch, so we can't guarantee cancellations once they've been packed.
If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as you can. Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started, so it’s important that you let us know as early as possible.
If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it and you’ll receive a full refund. If we’re unable to do so, don’t worry! You can return your order to us using the process above.
